An all-in one-time agency servie fee including the following services from sending the accommodation options to the final check-out and everything in between.

The agency service fee is equivalent to 50% of the first month’s rent, subject to a minimum charge of CNY 3,000.

35% agency service fee for stay less than 3 months

The agency service fee is a one-time payment charged by Here when you rent a flat . It covers the end-to-end support provided during your flat search and lease process.
No, the agency service fee is non-refundable.
When the time comes to renew your contract, the renewal fee will be equal to 50% of the initial agency service fee amount or minimum fee applicable of CNY1,500.
In the event you are deciding to breach your lease contract and decided to find new tenants to recover your security deposit, the following fees are applicable:
- Self replacement (you have found a new tenant to take over your lease): 50% commission (with minimum fee applicable of CNY3,000) to be paid by the new tenant to Here.
- Agency Support (you have not found a new tenant to take over your lease and ask our support to find a new tenant): 50% commission (with minimum fee applicable of CNY3,000) to be paid by the current tenant to Here with additional 50% commission (with minimum fee applicable of CNY3,000) to be paid by the new tenant to Here.
Yes, all fees are inclusive of Chinese VAT of 6.00%.
